Overall Satisfaction with Google for Jobs

I think the largest problem with Google for Jobs is the disorganization of postings and lack of assistance the system provides on stale postings.
  • Easy access to job descriptions.
  • Has the info required.
  • Acceptable setup (provides recommendations on what fields to fill).
  • Reminding us when we don't remove old postings.
  • Posting rank algorithm
  • How jobs are organized
  • Job tiles
  • Tags on each job
  • Job description field
  • Greater access to candidates (found us from the web).
  • More company visibility.
  • Centralized place to place our job postings.
I'd say Google for Jobs stacks up comparably with Indeed or Glassdoor but lags behind the functionality of LinkedIn. we use all of these, and find Glassdoor to be the most traditional setup and easier to use whereas Google for Jobs can get a little trickier.

Do you think Google for Jobs delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Google for Jobs's feature set?

Yes

Did Google for Jobs live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Google for Jobs go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Google for Jobs again?

No

Google for Jobs is fairly appropriate for those searching for jobs or identifying places to work. It also does well with local job postings. For larger organizations, I wouldn't recommend this platform due to its scatteredness and lack of clarity in which postings are the most up-to-date. It can be difficult to manage a high number of postings.
