Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts
Used across whole nationwide organization. Allows us to rapidly communicate with each other and in groups.
- Easy interface for chatting.
- Integrates well into our suite of Google products--docs, drive, mail, etc.
- Free US telephone calls and video conferencing.
- Better integration into editing Google Docs needed. As it is, it's a standalone program.
- Ability to email docs from within Google Drive needed.
- We're a gov agency, so no ROI, but it does make collaborating with colleagues easier.
- I do wish we used more of its capabilities.
