Overall Satisfaction with Google Tasks

Google Tasks allows our team to manage, capture, and edit our tasks. With to-dos at the ready, we are able to be productive throughout the day. The Google Task mobile app allows you to sync tasks across all your devices too. Integrations with Gmail and Google Calendar help you get tasks done even faster!

  • Accessible anywhere you can sign in with Google
  • Clear, organized interface
  • It doesn't let you tag others or share lists like other to-do apps
  • It doesn't have a stand-alone web app
  • It is not convenient to work offline
  • We stay on track with due dates and notifications
  • It's part of the G Suite (making a connection with other Google products)
  • We are able to view tasks from Gmail
  • We keep deadlines and fulfill client expectations
  • We are individually and corporately more productive
  • Because we can trace a task back to its source email, we are able to meet requirements of every conversation
We have not considered any other platforms related to the G Suite. We have been impressed by the capabilities and accessibility of Google Tasks and recommend it to all of our team members. Unlike other task platforms, Google Tasks is made for the most efficient worker who wants to make the most of their day!

Google Tasks organizes tasks, projects, and activities in a simple and efficient way. With reminders of to-dos, Google Tasks helps us manage our time well. The ability to create tasks directly from an email in Gmail and view tasks in the side panel couldn't be more convenient! In an industry with more projects than we can manage at times, Google Tasks keeps everything in order.
