Overall Satisfaction with Google Voice
Google Voice is being used moderately across the organization to enable our Sales and Customer Service teams to address client needs. Employees who also travel often use Google Voice as well to help stay connected. It is not an enterprise-wide solution.
- Easy to understand interface.
- Intuitive customer support.
- Great integration with other tools.
- Overall, simple and easy!
- Theme/color customization could be greater/more robust.
- Security could be better.
- Enabled better inter-company productivity.
- Simplified employee travel.
- Enable scale.
