Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is invaluable in allowing us to conduct meetings with our clients even when they are far from us geographically. Even when needing to meet with other businesses that are in close physical proximity to our business GoToMeeting is extremely beneficial in reducing the travel times often required just to drive across town for a meeting. We are now able to schedule multiple client meetings in day without having to drive even a mile.

- Simple to allow attendees to join
- While it is easy to join a meeting often the attendee needs to download a file and run it delaying their connection
- Poor client internet speed can cause it to be unusable
- Allowed us to meet with more clients in a day
- Lowers daily disruptions by allowing us to hold client meetings without the travel
- Zoom and Skype
GoToMeeting tends to have (at least for us) a higher bandwidth requirement for both sides of the meeting attendees. We typically have a more stable connection using Zoom when the client's internet service is not as high quality as GoToMeeting typically requires. Skype we use mostly for just voice meetings and it works well in those cases when we don't need to share screens or view another persons camera feed.
