Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
We use GoToMeeting within the Client Success department at my company every day. It allows us to have a huge amount of flexibility when it comes to troubleshooting issues with customers by utilizing its screen-sharing capabilities, but it also is an easy-to-use forum to have multiple people join a meeting remotely.
- Easy to use interface
- Best-in-class integrations with calendar and meeting platforms
- Above average screen-sharing capabilities
- Users can get confused easily if they are muted during a call.
- Audio can be touch-and-go some days, depending on the channel.
- There are not a ton of customizations for audiences.
- It really has been all positive, especially with allowing our team to easily serve our customers.
- It's the perfect solution to provide a customer with a consistent forum to connect with a rep.
- It's extremely easy to use and requires next to zero prep work to use.
- Zoom and Join.me
There are no comparisons between these competitors and GoToMeeting. Zoom is close, but is not nearly as easy to use and the interface is lacking, when it comes to look and feel. For a presenter, GoToMeeting really allows the user to feel in complete control of a meeting, allowing to freely think while also supporting the audiences needs.
