Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

We use GoToMeeting within the Client Success department at my company every day. It allows us to have a huge amount of flexibility when it comes to troubleshooting issues with customers by utilizing its screen-sharing capabilities, but it also is an easy-to-use forum to have multiple people join a meeting remotely.

  • Above average screen-sharing capabilities
  • Users can get confused easily if they are muted during a call.
  • Audio can be touch-and-go some days, depending on the channel.
  • There are not a ton of customizations for audiences.
  • It really has been all positive, especially with allowing our team to easily serve our customers.
  • It's the perfect solution to provide a customer with a consistent forum to connect with a rep.
  • It's extremely easy to use and requires next to zero prep work to use.
There are no comparisons between these competitors and GoToMeeting. Zoom is close, but is not nearly as easy to use and the interface is lacking, when it comes to look and feel. For a presenter, GoToMeeting really allows the user to feel in complete control of a meeting, allowing to freely think while also supporting the audiences needs.
I think GoToMeeting is perfectly suited for large teams that need to be able to have a consistent forum to offer to clients to connect. With the flexibility to record and screen-share, it makes life so much easier for CS teams that work with clients on a regular daily basis. It is the perfect easy-to-use solution to connect with clients and be able to provide a robust experience to your audience outside of a regular phone call.
