Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
Meeting recording. This helps us coach and train. Especially with new employees. We have loved having GoToMeeting at Impartner. The telecom space is innovating with logos like Zoom and Teams but LogMeIn has kept up with some of the big boys. They have a low cost compared to other vendors in the space.
- Meeting recording.
- Business Meetings.
- Sales Training and New Recruit Training.
- The UI/UX could be a little better.
- Functionality and reliability could improve a tad.
- Maybe a little bit more integrations.
- New hire training has improved.
- Sales coaching has helped quite a bit.
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Screensharing capabilities are huge for us and our support team.
