Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
I use GoToMyPC to access my work desktop from home. It saves me from having to go into the office every day and eliminates the potential for a lot of interruptions while trying to complete sensitive tasks. GoToMyPC also allows me to login remotely and look up information on demand to give answers to questions real-time. It's nice to be able to provide answers instead of the "I'll look it up next time I'm at the office" answer.

- Allows complete access to my desktop applications and printing capability
- Help section has a lot of answers!
- Still trying to figure out the resolution - the app screens are magnified sometimes so it's difficult to see some of the options.
- I'm new to GoToMyPC so I'm sure a lot of my issues are lack of knowledge
- Increased productivity since I can access remotely
- Ability to use my laptop making my desktop a mobile workstation
- Ability to provide answers at closed-door meetings about budgeting, expenses, invoices without needing to leave the room to look it up on my desktop.
