Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Greenhouse only as an ATS. It's great for receiving applications, collaborating with the hiring team to review applications, deal with interview scheduling, and tracking offers.

The sourcing capabilities are absolutely horrible!
Allowing to read the previous candidate history easily (previous applications, comments)
The UI is not the most intuitive

Greenhouse is fairly easy to use overall, but the UI is not the best, hence me not giving a higher score.

Yes

Greenhouse is a good ATS but I do not think it is the greatest one and done tool for recruiting teams. There is significant room for improvement when it comes to sourcing within Greenhouse and displaying past candidates information in a way that is easy to navigate.

Greenhouse is a fairly good Application Tracking System
