Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use grove flows to effectively outbound to prospects. It allows me to stay organized to ensure I am not missing any touchpoints. It appears that the more I keep in planned contact with prospects, the better my results. It allows me to see what is working and what is not working, and make adjustments as needed. I have noticed an over 100% increase in booked meetings when I found my "Flow".

  • Analytics could use a little more insight. I came from SalesLoft and they do provide better insights.

This tool is very user-friendly. I used Salesloft prior and I had to spend about 120% more time learning their platform. Even after I learned the platform, I had to reach out constantly to get answers on how to navigate. Groove is extremely user-friendly. I didn't even have to get training on it. I just jumped right in and started working.
There is really no telling how much time I save. Because my job is outbound, I probably save anywhere from 3-4 hours a day. It allows me to maximize my efforts tremendously. The proof is there with the increase in my booked meetings.

Well Suited: When prospecting cold leads, following up with people who inquired on the website. You can just pull them from the CRM system and drop them into a flow in 2 clicks.

Less Appropriate: To spam people. It may cause the servers to block your messaging.
