I utilize Groove in my Business Development role. Due to a small target market, I've used Groove to locate which potential clients are most likely to accept an initial meeting, judging by their engagement score, the higher the better and more likely to accept. I'm the only current user, although we may change this in the future.

Groove's templates save hours per week, the Flows when correctly implemented also save substantial amounts of time when prospecting. We've recently implemented Groove's calendar management to further reduce the time taken to organize meetings.
Groove's email notifications act in a similar manner to HubSpot CRM, helping you to identify when prospects have interacted with emails, helping to reply/react at the correct and most suitable time.
