Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove as a customer engagement platform. We follow a cadence and call upon leads using the Groove site as well as the Groove Omnidialer. Our primary role is to reach out to potential customers for our products in the hopes that we can qualify them for the sales team within our company. We also use the insights and data that we get from Groove to help us determine how effective some of our marketing campaigns are. We do this by reviewing the effectiveness of our Groove flows and how often we see positive results.
