Overall Satisfaction with Groove

For Groove we track all out bound activity with calling, emails, meetings, and appointments set. It is a very comprehensive program that has increased our productivity by almost more than 50% as we weren't tracking everything before. It also allows us to see who is working and who is not so we can figure out what is going on with why some people may not be working as hard as others.

When I first started using Groove I wasn't able to attend all of the training so I was trained by people who did attend the training and it was hard to understand how to use the software. But once I started using it every single day and learning all of it amazing capabilities it was very easy to pick up.
I have not used anything else like Groove before. But now that I have used Groove I would say it is almost impossible for me to switch to anything else with how robust and amazing the product is. It helps me so much keep track of everything that I am doing.

Honestly if you are in sales, marketing, or anything customer service it is easily the best product around. If you are using it for developers then I think that would be the wrong place for it. But for any company that is selling something I highly recommend using Groove as it is so easy to keep track of everything that the company is doing for customer-facing employees.
