Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use to Groove in our organization for email templates and it records emails in our software. I'm not currently aware of any issues regarding Groove that has been brought to my attention.
  • Allow us to use it different templates for email
  • records the emails in our software
  • We have the ability to request to send an email at a certain time.
  • When I did updates, I had to have IT reinstall the Groove because it disappeared it would be helpful if there was a way to have it remain.
  • It is the templates because it makes our job so much easier and more efficient
  • It gives greater customer satisfaction because it gives quicker response time
It is userfriendly. It is easy to use and teaches others how to use it as well.

It's based suited when I have multiple emails to send to a client that are different that are extensive in content. Groove makes it easier to just cut paste them through the templates that are in Groove.
