Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign

I use HelloSign in my tax and accounting practice. It has made signing contracts, tax forms, and other documents a breeze. My clients love it because they don't have to make unnecessary visits to the office. HelloSign is one of my favorite systems to use in my practice.

Pros

  • Easy sharing of documents for review and signature.
  • Clients receive finalized signed documents via email.
  • Notifications so that we know the status of each document out for signature.

Cons

  • I'd like to see functionality around IRS requirements for signing electronic forms.
  • A positive impact is the amount of time saved.
HelloSign allows my clients to review contracts on their own time before signing. They also don't have to visit the office as many times.
