Overall Satisfaction with Highspot

We use it predominantly for sales. The main purposes are for content management and for content tracking.
  • Tracking customer engagement on content
  • Organization of internal content
  • Collaboration between users to share and revise content
  • Data and analytics could maybe be reported a bit more upfront and automatic
  • I save time sending follow up content
  • The content I send is higher quality
  • I understand when my prospects engage with my content
I dont think we had a competing platform other than Salesforce where we had some docs stored
  • Very well suited for a company that has a lot of scattered content
  • Good for anyone that is curious how long customers engage with content and which content works best
