Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot to capture leads and to nurture them. If you aren't tracking what you do, how can you tell if it is working. HubSpot allows us to follow a lead or a touch all the way through the process. The Marketing Department is really the only part of the organization that is using this tool as we are responsible for generating the leads.
Pros

Cons
- Really haven't had any functionality issues as of yet. This tool has been well thought out and is always improving to make usage better.
- We are able to better track our website leads to conversions.
- The first touch is important to getting the second touch. When you are timely in your campaigns then you can achieve the best results for converting into customers.
Business Catalyst is another tool we have used. While the content management system at one time was superior to HubSpot's, I believe HubSpot has exceeded them. HubSpot has connected all the dots in order to obtain the right information in lead generation. HubSpot makes it easy to find data and to find what is working and what isn't.
