Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We're a HubSpot partner agency and use HubSpot in two ways: for our own marketing and sales activities; for our clients to maximise their return on investment and marketing campaigns. Our entire organisation gets involved from business owners wanting the big picture, to marketing to run campaigns, to sales to start more sales conversations.
- Unifies disparate marketing tools and platforms and helps them talk to each other
- It provides a simple interface to enable productivity at any level
- Offers a great suppot network from other users to HubSpot themselves
- Some additional tools need to be used depending on your needs, to compliment HubSpot's platform
- The keyword research part of the platform is much weaker compared to other areas
- Add-ons are quite expensive, SSL certificates, for example
- Clearer picture of our sales and marketing activities and how they impact our bottom line
- Bringing together the entire team to collaborate on projects
We chose HubSpot because of the ease of use of the tool compared with other products and its ability to bring together all our end-to-end marketing activities and report on them as a whole. However, the big advantage that HubSpot has over its competition is the sheer level of educational and supportive resources it offers to both partners and customers alike.
