Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The company started using HubSpot CRM almost a 1.5 years ago. Initially it was being used mostly by the sales dcepartment. My role with the company overlaps a lot with the sales, therefore I started using HubSpot CRM. After a few months and the initial craziness of the pandemic crisis (at this point I was more confident using HubSpot CRM), I realized that HubSpot CRM was going to be the only way to keep profiles, clients, vendors, and partners organized. The need for HubSpot CRM increased as we had to let go of some employees in order to adjust to the market demands. Our department has been using HubSpot CRM continuously for over a year and it truly makes a difference in terms of organization, relating to other departments within the company, and it has been a great tool for statistics as we adjust to new normals.
