Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The company started using HubSpot CRM almost a 1.5 years ago. Initially it was being used mostly by the sales dcepartment. My role with the company overlaps a lot with the sales, therefore I started using HubSpot CRM. After a few months and the initial craziness of the pandemic crisis (at this point I was more confident using HubSpot CRM), I realized that HubSpot CRM was going to be the only way to keep profiles, clients, vendors, and partners organized. The need for HubSpot CRM increased as we had to let go of some employees in order to adjust to the market demands. Our department has been using HubSpot CRM continuously for over a year and it truly makes a difference in terms of organization, relating to other departments within the company, and it has been a great tool for statistics as we adjust to new normals.

HubSpot CRM is very easy to manage. I am not fond of new software and HubSpot CRM has truly helped me to manage my role more easily and focus on other projects that I did not necessarily had time in the past. I tried using other CRMs, but did really feel HubSpot CRM integrated the company's needs as well as my department needs.
Using Hubspot has allowed us to integrate the sales department needs with our customer service needs while keeping both departments separate.

The fact that I can constantly check on my team's work progress has been a huge time saver. I can place reminders for my team as needed. Everything is time stamped and that really helps when you have to constantly go back and forth with some of our travel packages.
