Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
All in one platform to manage my sales cycle. Powerful analytics to help me track performance and base my decisions on what I need to do next.
- Interactive Kanban - the entire team can work collaboratively on deals realtime.
- Sequences - Manage automated email and text campaigns to specific user groups.
- Learning curve - HubSpot can be very information heavy and you are able to get very in-depth insights; however, learning to use the program and master the functionality is relatively easy.
- I would like to see more click and drop functionality with everything.
- API with my billing and order tracking
- The way it looks is kind of rigid and boring. I would like to see a more pleasant design, fonts, etc.
- Positive impact on shorter deal cycles. I'm able to identify buyers and contact them to close the deal much sooner because of the activity tracking and other analytics tools.
We can clearly determine which marketing campaigns work best with our audience. This allows for open dialogue on how we want to approach future campaigns messaging, timing, and customer base.
