Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for ALL of our sales processes. It has become an integral part of how we operate. The customization options have allowed me to re-tool our dashboards to fit our specific needs. Coming up with Templates and Sequences to send to clients is as easy as it can possibly get.

  • Mass emailing non-marketing contacts (templates).
  • Tech support.
  • It's made us more profitable.
  • Shorter sales cycle.
  • Revenue growth.
It is MUCH more user friendly than Salesforce.
We didn't try any other platforms. We were previously on Salesforce and wanted to go with HubSpot all along.
