Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Any issues with current orders. Allows us to keep record of issues and find solutions. Small scale.
  • Date and time of issues.
  • About this contact: easy to know who you’re talking to.
  • Speedy to load.
  • Sometimes when a call comes in & loads the wrong contact.
  • Sometimes notes are messy - a little too much customisation on them.
