Any issues with current orders. Allows us to keep record of issues and find solutions. Small scale.
Pros
- Date and time of issues.
- About this contact: easy to know who you’re talking to.
- Speedy to load.
Cons
- Sometimes when a call comes in & loads the wrong contact.
- Sometimes notes are messy - a little too much customisation on them.
I’m just a telephonist, but it helps see when a customer has used an offer code or voucher.
