Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot as a sales tool for outbounding, collecting/storing leads, Pipeline development, etc... Everything from hosting leads to note-taking of my emails, calls and meetings to pipeline development and reporting. As well as this it is a great tool to see how I am doing amongst my colleagues using the reporting analytics. We provide data capture with a variety of drones and host this captured data through our 'Common Visualisation Environment' on our platform that allows constructions companies and large scale asset owners in the UK and abroad to clearly visualise an entire site digitally without needing to be at site, the platform is web browser based so no need to download any external software. As soon as a client is signed up they have unlimited users and a user simply needs an email sent to them to gain access.

Pros

  • Helps foster our entire sales environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing.
  • Database for leads and at what stage each lead is at.

Cons

  • Integration with LinkedIn.
  • Help with getting rid of potential duplicate leads.
  • As I have only used HubSpot as a CRM it's hard to know right now of other examples, I am happy with HubSpot.
  • Great for reporting and comparison of previous quarters.
  • Great for sales rep collaboration.
  • Used for our Sales Pipeline - very good.
So far have only used HubSpot.
Great for collaboration with Sales and Marketing. We have a weekly sales and marketing catchup using HubSpot on MGLs and SALs on HubSpot.

  • HubSpot has worked well for the now two companies I've worked for.
  • I find it easy to use and find leads I need to find.
  • Collaborate with different departments well great for emails!
  • Great for outbound reporting.
  • Great for pipeline reporting.
  • Great integration with our company website for inbound leads.
