Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I constantly save my deals and customer information in HubSpot. I enjoy the ease of taking notes and sending emails through the platform.
  • Email.
  • Notes.
  • Follow ups.
  • I personally dislike when my notes disappear until I reload the page.
It's pretty easy, although the training platform made it more confusing at the start.
Pipedrive was actually easier to sort and view deals in one place.

It's great to keep track of records.

I'd like the notes I add to a deal come up on the main contact page and vice versa.
