Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot helps us to record all sales and marketing activities, and prepare campaigns. The main tasks are recording emails, meetings, calls, and use of sequences to contact customers
  • Tracks everything
  • Notifies email openings
  • Integrates well with Outlook
  • Sometimes is hard to find the right knowledge base item
  • Customizing notifications is hard
  • Mobile app lacks some features compared to web version
  • I love the automation of email sequences, it saves so much time
  • Pipeline dashboard is so useful, to see all of your deals in a single pane of glass
  • Use of interactions/comments allows to track and save time.
I used MS Dynamics. Hubspot is more easy for sales people, and the look and feel is better
I believe the interaction with colleagues is more easy, and the integration with Outlook by notifications allow me to interact in a very fast way with my marketing colleagues

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, Zoom
HubSpot is the best for Salespeople, it's possible to record almost everything. Interactions with colleagues are very well handled. It's possible to use a Mobile app as a phonebook
