Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot's CRM helps me manage our current customer experience. Through the CRM, I can track platform usage, account age, key milestones, etc. It's super easy to find pertinent customer information and make decisions accordingly. We also leverage the calendar scheduler, which is attached to my email signature; I especially like being able to set my available hours through this scheduler.
- Customizable customer profiles. I can cut out all unnecessary info on our customers and focus on what's essential to my dept.
- Tracking email interactions. I love being able to see who has engaged with my emails.
- I'd like the ability to export contacts opened up to lesser plan types/permissions. I often want to export customer lists and work with them in excel but have limited access.
- HubSpot has helped our sales process via the "deals pipeline." It's easy to visualize where to place our time and the overall health of a new and prospective business.
