Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it for tracking everything related to our customers. Moving them between different pipelines, writing notes, and keeping track of customer history. We also have the CRM connected to apps like Apollo, Gmail, Lemlist, and Typeform, and it is, therefore, the center of all the tools we use. We are just now reviewing to use the function of the sequence for our outreach to the customers, it's going okay but that function I see some improvements that could be made.
- Track history.
- Ensure that we can keep track of where the customer is in the cycle.
- A customized view so we can put in the relevant info.
- Sequences - make it possible to have folders within folders to keep it organized.
- Sequences - have the possibility to choose how many minutes will go in between each email in order to ensure the domain's health and deliverability.
- It would be that we save by not having to use another source like Lemlist, but sadly doesn't have the same quality so that I would say it +/-
