Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
In our organisation we use HubSpot to track new leads, sales and clients. It is very easy to connect your email to the system, which makes it easily possible to enter new leads into the system and also to track what happened with each client. You are able to assign tasks to every team member.

- Better communication with clients because everyone can read on the history
- Quicker lead cycles
The CRM makes it easy to communicate without needing to email or call the other team, due to the tasks we can assign to each other. Moreover, we can both read all the communication there has been with a client, so we do not have to ask each other for information.
