Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Keep track of the deals. Automatically send e-mails, tasks, etc. Keep track of the client's journey.
  • Automatic e-mails.
  • Overview of activity.
  • Integration with other platforms.
  • Latency sometimes.
  • Blockages of emitting HubSpot calls to certain countries.
  • I can not handle that since I do not handle that part within the company.
Never used another one to compare.

Most suited is keeping track of deals and assigning specific tasks to colleagues along with smooth interaction. Least suitable, sometimes we can only pin one activity even though 3 or 4 need to be pinned - so we get lost in the avalanche of details.
