Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Sales adds prospects. Eventually if the prospect becomes a client the CSM will take over the account and update their profile: attachments, renewals, comments.

We use emails for everyone to see and to continue conversations without missing gaps of information.

We also use it to submit support tickets to our dev team.
