Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The best thing HubSpot has provided is organization with our growth team. My team has seen drastic improvements in our pipeline. We have full insight in every deal and where they are at in the process. Because of this we are seeing great improvements in both time and volume of closed deals.

It’s night and day. We were previously using a custom built CRM and had very limited capabilities. With Hubspot there are so many tools that are at our fingertips. At times this can be a little overwhelming, but our customer support team at hubspot does a great job answering any questions we have.

I would suggest HubSpot CRM to any sales team who wants insight on the performance of their team. Because of HubSpot our team has been able to grow and become much more efficient with our time. If ever a team is feeling overwhelmed or unorganized, I would highly suggest using HubSpot.
