Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for reporting and tickets. This helps us to be able to see what is going on with our customers and track what we are doing. We use tickets to track how many calls we are doing with our customers. The reports are used to show us what our customers are doing and what their health score is.

This is the first one that I have used so far. So this has been great so far.
HubSpot seems to be a lot easier to create custom reports than Pendo.io.

I like how we can quickly look at reports using the different dashboards that you can create. Cloning reports is a really quick way to get the same report with small adjustments.
