Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to organize our sales deals. We also use it to record external calls, build usage reports, and we prioritize incoming leads. We also just started using Hubspot to organize our customer success workflows.

Hubspot is good for following the bread crumbs of the deal. When I need to refresh myself before a meeting I will find the user and review all of our email correspondence to get a better idea of how I can best serve them on a call.
