Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's amazing how you can save notes and keep track of the deals though the sales funnel. Helps a lot
  • Notes and tasks
  • Leads tracking
  • Keeps track of emails and notifications
  • Making Whatsapp messages available so you can see the first message you sent to customers in the in-box. It will be more graphical to keep better track.
  • Great to have analytics available
  • Also the fact it's easy to check the cost of a lead
I truly believe it's one of the best if not the best
I'm not the one making decisions at the company but I believe HubSpot it's great. Salesforce it's more easy to personalized and adaptable but also the cost is higher.

Amazing to help keep track of leads, task help a lot to make sure you can remember specific things. Maybe including a way to make some lead have a specific color at the funnel to help difference them without having to access to the lead, like just a quick view.. or some short labels.
