It's amazing how you can save notes and keep track of the deals though the sales funnel. Helps a lot

- Keeps track of emails and notifications
- Making Whatsapp messages available so you can see the first message you sent to customers in the in-box. It will be more graphical to keep better track.
- Great to have analytics available
- Also the fact it's easy to check the cost of a lead
- Salesforce CMS
I'm not the one making decisions at the company but I believe HubSpot it's great. Salesforce it's more easy to personalized and adaptable but also the cost is higher.
