Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I live in HubSpot every day. I have grown our sales pipeline over the last five years. It has numerous integrations and features, and I have customized it to suit my daily workflow. I'm heavy into sequencing and calling. It is very important for me to quickly scan contacts to see previous notes, call logs, email opens, etc. Constantly working out of my daily tasks and reminders, I can easily upload new contacts and companies as needed. Honestly, there are way more tools available to me than I use because I am a creature of habit and have set up the CRM to suit me perfectly. I have lots of videos and documents when I need help figuring out things in the CRM, and they have been good about responding to me when I have messaged them about something specific. If you need a CRM that has everything, then HubSpot should be your go-to.
- Email sequencing.
- Storing and formatting email templates.
- Logging key information in an accessible manner in contacts.
- They do roll out updates or new layouts and sometimes I prefer the original version.
- I have had some call issues (call quality) when calling out through Hubspot, but I have resolved most of those over time.
- It is a key feature of our sales cycle and sales department.
We like the layout of HubSpot the best and the ease of uploading contact info.
