Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot allows me to stay organized and maintain a customer-focused approach by providing an easy way to prioritize all my follow-ups with clients and prospects. The platform helps me build trust with customers and gives me peace of mind that I won't miss important milestones with clients.
  • I can build professional email templates for communicating with contacts.
  • I can forecast my sales projections with accuracy.
  • I can build a rolodex complete with all the metadata I need to be successful.
  • Please allow us to bulk move tasks.
  • Please allow for AI speech recognition dictation while creating emails.
  • I need a better visual of my days activity - task completed that day.
  • Helped me add over 500 contacts to my database.
I like how easy it is to create accounts and new customers.
The HubSpot platform hides some fields on the screen, whereas Salesforce has all the info right down the page. The user doesnt have to click to see stuff.
