Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot on a daily basis to keep track of my calls, emails, notes, etc. for each contact and/or business. It also helps with my coworkers to know who has which account and who to not double contact. It helps show where my project deals are at, and I can update them as often as I like. It keeps everything organized, lets me know when to follow up with clients, and also let's me send out sequences to hit certain customers over a certain period of time rather than sending them out individually. The only issue I have is not being able to include attachments to my sequence emails, which would be really helpful when I'm trying to send images or PDFs, rather than including them in the body. Also, for sequences, I wish it would only provide the contacts I want to enroll that belong to me, not everyone that uses our account. Otherwise, I am beyond happy with it!
