Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to track all my Leads for Marketing Campaigns for our Franchises. I work with the Support Office for our Staffing & Recruitment Franchises. For me, HubSpot is basically a database with automated workflows that generates analytical reports. The workflows allow me to track the Contacts via voicemails and emails in a progressive flow and keep me on target. HubSpot can also be configured as needed; ex adding a column, set view, etc. The data can be exported to Excel for formatting the reports. The Call & Email Analytics are very helpful in tracking the progress of my Campaigns. Updates to HubSpot have proven to be helpful.
