Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use this for our CRM, our quoting process, and for signing the documents when a sale is made.
  • Forecasting
  • Reporting
  • Document creation
  • Viewing accounts i have touched on the main screen
  • Being able to eliminate from view the ones I don't want to see and don't wnat to delete
  • cost savings for sure
  • just the e sign feature alone is great
  • and our forecasting projections have improved instantly
It's probably the best
It's just easier to use. In my opinion sales force is so customizable that it actually becomes a detriment to the ease of use

It is super easy to use for the most part. I originally picked it up for general use in a day and a half or two. I think there are still more thing I don't know or they just don't exist and based on the ease of use I am leaning towards they don't exist.
