Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I want to send email sequences to clients easily so that I can stay present in their inboxes and front of mind for opportunities to support their needs. I send out at least one multipart sequence a month to active clients and a weekly sequence to prospects. Hubspot makes it easy to send them and track engagement.
- Email sequences to active clients and prospects.
- Email templates for making emailing quickly to common questions from clients.
- Tracking engagement across every email that I send.
- I would love a report that shows who engages with a sequence from most to least, not just the top engagers.
- I wish I could enroll more than 50 contacts into a sequence at a time. This would save me time when enrolling in a list and prevent me from having to go page by page.
- I am able to quickly and easily create a sequence to share marketing collateral, use conversation starters, and see who is interested.
- I can easily send a routine email using a template rather than having to write it repeatedly.
