We use Human Interest for the management and procurement of our 401k retirement accounts for the company and its employees. It has helped us address the needs of our staff as an added benefit for the employees.

Human Interest is very responsive to any of my questions and inputs, too. They have an easy-to-use interface for the user as well.

4 - I am an admin and 3 are employees that use their 401k plans. It only takes one key person to set up and manage the program, in my opinion. The functionality of the website is smooth and fast.
1 - You just need to know how to navigate a website with simple functions and general knowledge of HR or, in particular, a 401k plan and its functions.
