Overall Satisfaction with IBM Data Science Experience (DSx)
DSx was used for analyzing the results of a survey related with security policy improvements. The platform was used for generating predictive models and assessing quality of data analysis. The platform was used by a specific department of the organization for this project.

When developing the use case we considered using a big data platform for developing the required analytics. After evaluating the alternatives and costs we considered that using a big data platform would be too expensive for the kind of studies we are developing in the company. After that we considered using RStudio Server, but the available servers for hosting the service locally were not capable of running the platform with better performance than local PCs. Finally we considered hosting on the cloud, but the costs of running the server on cloud were close to the ones of the big data platform.
