Preparing deployment for applications requires a lot more configuration. It takes more configuration and security information to prepare an application deployment. This makes it more complicated than IBM Power System Virtual Server.
If a small company doesn't grow rapidly and doesn't have a large infrastructure to support its business, it might be able to get more benefits. They might not have been able to reap all the benefits of IBM Power System Virtual Server at first.
