Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

IBM Process Mining is technologically advanced to execute automated processes with artificial intelligence allowing to significantly reduction labor time in a finite number of industry-specific business processes. IBM Process Mining applications depend on each company and each department, it must be remembered that the scope goes from simple automation processes to large business processes such as supply chains. IBM Process Mining is currently in four departments and you plan to continue expanding your scope.
  • Supply chain automation.
  • Modern technology with advances in automation capabilities.
  • We have had some problems with mapping in some stages of the process, we had to contact technical support to solve these problems because it was taking a long time.
  • Our supply chain has improved in high percentages by using IBM Process Mining, we have a better performance of the processes to be executed.
  • Machine learning is another plus point.
Tech support response time is typically an hour, then we can interact with direct chat or calls, submit our specific concerns, and always get a response.

We have been trying to improve processes for about 3 years with great success and we know that IBM is a reliable and robust friend that has the machine learning capabilities required by the complex process symptoms that we need to improve and change.

Using IBM Process Mining

  • Processes with a high flow of information and those that require more automated processes.
  • Automated processes were increased and we integrated it with third-party tools.
  • Replace some manual processes and we have to use this software in more departments and processes.
