Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

There were numerous issues in our business before IBM Process Mining arrived; because we lacked control over our data, we had no idea where the issues were coming from, much less how to fix them. However, once IBM Process Mining arrived, all of our goals have altered. Comprehensive visualization is wonderful because it allows us to see how each of our processes is progressing and make tiny corrections before they become major problems. With this program, we improve our processes in a very straightforward manner. It is a software that was introduced in 2019, and everything was extremely simple from the start due to its low learning curve and ease of use.
