Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

My company offers process automation consulting to our clients. Part of the process of automating processes involves discovering current processes within our clients' companies. IBM Process Mining makes our job a lot easier by facilitating this discovery process. We also use and recommend IBM's RPA software as a complement to Process Mining.

Every time our company has required any kind of technical support IBM has been ready and eager to help. We have direct communication with their technicians and we have yet to encounter an issue that they have not been able to solve. Their customer support definitely deserves their 10 rating!

IBM Process Mining is very well suited in any situation where process discovery at a company is necessary. It is easy to use, very complete, and is sure to get the job done. One of the best parts is how transparent it is to the employees, no additional work from them is required for it to function.
