Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

It's interactive to conduct certain types of surveys.
And coming to fair conclusions , I,e by answering questions that you relate to , thus providing appropriate data

Creating bots is effective although it would be better if the overall gui would be simpler
Basically this will lead to more interactive and detailed data gathering that leads to appropriate results / processing of data
It provides more interactive options for users to engage

Its well suited for an organisation to conduct surveys for example for a certain event/virtual gathering and the requirements of the employees.
No well suited in terms of detailed specific applications
