Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Assistant

We utilize IBM Watson as the cognitive engine for our chatbot, aiming to minimize customer service issues by leveraging artificial intelligence to assist with user inputs.
  • It helps us with NLU in the chatbot.
  • Contextual Understanding.
  • Intent and entity recognition.
  • Disambiguation topics.
  • Having Generative AI in Watson.
  • Not having such a high cost to switch to Watson.
  • Having more training sessions for the tool.
  • Improve the accuracy of user responses.
  • Elevate our NPS.
  • Elevate our retention rates.
  • With its use, we can understand user inputs and don't need to pass contacts to human call centers.
The usability is simple, intuitive, and accurate—there is no need for a specialist on the team to handle it.
We don't have V2 yet, but with V1, we've already been able to improve our ability to understand user input when interacting with the chatbot, and we've managed to bring a more 'humanized' contact, less robotic, as we would have with a strictly guided flow.
Watson proved to be better and easier to use than Dialogflow. As for Twilio, we used it as an orchestrator in conjunction with Watson.
