Overall Satisfaction with Icertis

There is no n/a so that’s why I picked 1. We have not integrated with other applications.
Contract management. Product keeps contracts in one place and has a workflow for review, approvals and execution.

In my experience, we’ve had a lot of frustration with the application but mainly how much resources it takes to manage on the backend and training. Also how large the learning curve is for users. Not user friendly.
