Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
The iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite is being used across the organization by hiring managers and recruiters only. It helps us manage our external and internal recruiting processes. The only challenge I have as a recruiter is managing candidate notes or iForms when they apply for multiple positions. You have to go into each position they apply for to research any history of previous interviews.
Integration with our background check and assessment vendors is a huge benefit in expediting our hiring process, as well as the iCIMS Onboarding module.

- Helps manage the talent pool
- Helps manage communication to applicants throughout the entire process
- Helps to automate manual processes such as offer letters
- We have iForm interview guides on candidates. I'd like to be able to see them when an applicant applies to other positions instead of having to click in each position they applied to.
- Would like to see if we can categorize someone as not rehireable
- None, that I can think of other than being able to renew contract on shorter terms if needed.
